I've ordered from Rosehill Balti many times and have never had a complaint about the food or delivery time, However this time we had a really bad experience, We were given an estimated time of arrival which unfortunately wasn't met, We decided to call them to find out when our order would arrive, After 6 attempts to contact the Rosehill Balti they failed to answer the phone so we decided to go and check if they were actually open. On arrival we were met by a very rude gentleman that just asked our name when we asked where our order was...no apology or explanation for why our order hadn't met delivery slot. The food was cold and unpalatable and a total waste of money and to top it off I paid for delivery which obviously never happened On reflection I wouldn't recommend this establishment and will never order from them again.
